This is my first time ever to a einsteins bagels. And it will be my last. The customer service here is aweful. Not only was I ignored for the better part of my waiting to order. No guidance was give on needing to order away from the register. Instead the employees pointed and laughed to themselves that i was standing in the wrong place an was forced to go stand in a line that had then started to form. I felt completely shamed for just standing in the wrong spot. The front cashier gal was rude and took my order and then took another ten minutes to collect the money. This place just makes no sense at all. Will not be back. Rather go to Starbucks

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you... This is a great place. The employees were super nice especially the girl that took my order. I ordered the jalapeno bacon cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese and it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the cold brew and it was very tasty. The place was clean. Line wasn't too long either. I definitely will be back!

Busy, can be pricey, nice selection of bagel related food and coffee. No nice teas. You wait in line for them to take your order, then you wait in line to pay for your order, then you wait in line to get your order. It doesn't matter which coffee I choose, it always seems to be burnt. Lol. They just don't have "coffee" flavored coffee very often.

The bagels are fresh and I added egg and avocado - fantastic! The staff is friendly and the service is fast.
