Thank god AAA has a DMV department so I don't have to deal with the headache of the DMV. I bought a new car and traded in my old car, but I wanted to keep my personalized license plates on my old car and put it on my new car. Just in case you're not in the know, the dealership will take your personalized plates off your old car for you so you can hold on to them. They'll put the temporary paper plates on your new car. You'll have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for the new metal plates to come in the mail. Once you get them, you take both sets of plates to AAA. They'll keep your new plates and give you a new registration card with your personalized plates info on it. There's a $43 fee for that. The Newport Beach office even had a screwdriver, so I could put my plates on right there in their parking lot. Lol. A pleasant experience. Thanks AAA!

The best value ever. I have been receiving AAA memberships since 1970's as an annual Christmas gift from my father. He wanted to make sure I was never alone on the road. I have continued my membership as an adult. Simply the best!

I walked-in to this location to get their road assistance membership, Mathew helped me and convinced me to get insurance with them as well claiming he would get me an even better rate than the one I am currently paying. He also mentioned about free membership for a year with 100mi towing benefit and I could also add my kids and fiance at no additional cost. It sounded too good to be true. A few days later he sent me an estimate through text message, I was not happy with his quote so I called to have me explain the insurance coverage and why the cost exceeded my current insurance. He failed to give me all the details and rudly cut me off saying that if I was not gonna get their insurance then he was wasting his time, left me speechles I did not know what had just happened, before I knew it he hang up the phone on me. I did speak to his manager days later and apparently I was given false information by his employee Mathew, they don't even have the 100mi towing assistance when you first signed up , you would have to wait 3 months until you can upgrade from 7mi to 100mi and on top it, it cost more money if you want to add any close relatives to your policy, $30 per person to be exact. I am only giving 2 stars and that is because Luan (manager) took his time and explained everything step by step after Mathew had given me false information and that's maybe because he wanted to get his commission at any cost.

AAA was a breeze. There was an absolutely lovely woman named Dyanne that worked with Irv and me. She was so polite and extremely helpful. If you need to go to Triple A make sure you ask for Dyanne!

Yes
They will pick you up and tow your vehicle to a local tire shop of your choice. So you can have your flat tire replaced or repaired. All within the towing mileage range of your memberships plan.
Yes you need to care money cash or check
In general....no, but it probably wouldn't hurt to call if you need help in a specific department.
I don't know. Why don't you call them. 🙂
No card. Check and cash only
No
Please call your local office for info
Yes u can do almost anything for DMV thru AA$ office.
Go to the DMV. Show up 5 minutes before they close for a quick in and out. Otherwise you will most likely wait in line for a couple hours.
AAA does not renew Driver License s or give Vision tests. Go see the Optometrist before going to the DMV if you have any doubts about your vision. This will save you a long wait at the DMV.
They do. My wife has used their services a few times.
I believe that AAA can help you with a new Pink Slip. Any thing with registering your automobile go see them first. AAA cannot help with Driver License problems.
1st you need to talk to your husband's primary doctor and go from there. There are some forms involved. After that if is elegebl you will take the form to the DMV/AAA. You can also call AAA to make sure, good luck
