I ordered my Crosstrek back in March, and my sales rep Gary was pleasant from start to finish. Gave me updates, made everything crystal clear and not confusing at all when the car finally got in. Heck of an awesome guy, too. The finance manager Mario is also an exceptional human being and I loved chatting with him, and how easy he made the financing process with the options presented. I have never, ever had a car buying experience this positive, happy, and FUN. I love this dealership. I can truly say that I have nothing negative to say. The way they treated my family and I earned my business for life. Very excited for my car. Thank you to the staff there!

TL:DR they made it incredibly easy for me to buy my first car! Kyle Gracely gave me wonderful service, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. If you're in the market, go talk to him! So I am moving to California and I wanted to buy my first car. I originally tried to purchase a car from another dealership in the place I'll be traveling to next, but they were absolutely terrible! I had a couple of questions, but they couldn't be bothered to return any of my calls and emails. It was a shockingly bad experience and I was disappointed and discouraged. Since I happen to be in Long Beach for the moment (I'm doing a lot of traveling this year), I decided to give Timmons Subaru a try. I'm SO glad I did! Kyle was fantastic, and even though they don't have my car in stock at the moment (cars are a hard thing to buy right now), he made it very easy to order one exactly how I want it. He was super transparent about the whole process, and took his time explaining what to expect (it's tricky because I'm traveling at the moment, and I won't be in the area when my car arrives). I was nervous, but he made the whole process so easy. I'm not gonna lie, it's hard waiting for my car! But I understand that supply issues are a struggle and I'm so happy with the service I got at Timmons Subaru. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I bought my 2022 Outback wilderness from Jeff Sollee. And he made everything that I wanted happen. He is the man to go to. Knows his stuff and very patient ( I am a difficult person to deal with and very impatient). Jeff walked me through every step of the way and kept me informed ever step of the way. Had a very good experience with Timmons Subaru of Long Beach !! The customer service there is excellent. Our sales rep Jessica Komai was wonderful !! We pre-ordered out vehicle in late Sept. , knowing we would have to wait because of the global supply chain issues. Just picked it up yesterday. Jessica was GREAT throughout - always forthcoming, knowledgeable, and very ,very nice. She is a credit to a very good dealership.
