Horrible. We were moving today and stopped by this location with a Uhaul rental to quickly pick up a dresser and possibly a bed. Found a great dresser and they actually had a nice selection of new bed-in-box mattresses. Here's where it all went wrong. Apparently, a manager needs to approve all furniture sales, and this manager was unavailable because she was on a personal phone call for 20 Minutes! I had to return the Uhaul truck within the hour, but waited for the manager's approval. When she finally showed up to the register, she announced she was too busy to deal with customers, and said the mattress price (full size $189.99) was a mistake, though it was clearly marked by corporate on the tag, and that the price was $239.99. When I contested, she said I could take it or leave it. When I asked for her name, she walked away. Even the clerk was astonished but still tried to ring up the other items I'd selected . I explained I would not be buying anything from that store. I would have spent nearly $400 there but instead I bought nothing and was late returning my UHaul truck. Thanks for the memories, Goodwill.

This store has a decent selection of items. While shopping I noticed many clothing items are tagged with the wrong size. Definitely double check before purchasing. Their furniture section had quality pieces available. The employees do not seem too thrilled to be working there. Not sure I will be returning to this location. There’s better goodwills in the area for sure.

First of all if your going to work in costumer service in any store. Your not suppose to be rude to your customers. This older woman with grey hair was so rude to me when I ask about the sale colors and just now at the register I ask about senior discount she bout jumped down my throat I don't shop goodwill very much so I don't know these things. I will be calling someone to give her a talking to. And telling people in a horrible way that they are closing. Rude rude. I know im nor the 1st person that feels this way. I won't be back here again.

Seems pretty ridiculous, I'd think the manager would have just let you have em, likewise ridiculous to resort to legal action, I'd think the cost of a lawyer would be more than the worth of the glasses. Nonetheless you put this comment in as if it were a question, normally people ask about availability of products or parking and such. This would likely be better suited to be put in the reviews area. When you ask a question like this is causes notifications on other people's phones who have been to a given location to try and get an answer for the user. Take care to use public forums correctly as to not waste people's time in the future please.
