I have been bringing my car to this dealership for too many years now for the same issue, a blinking check engine light accompanied with a service traction control and stabili trac message. Some techs say that it's no big deal, some say it's very dangerous to drive while that is happening, so which is it? I have had many things "fixed" and replaced but the same issue continues again and again. I have gotten to the point of disgust with this shop and the so called "trained technicians" spitballing the issue and nickel and dining me for every minute thing they "fix" but does not resolve my car's issue. This time I told the representative that another mechanic said that the computers need to be checked out, that it could be a loose connection or bad computer, that this needed to be done at a dealership due to computer programming. I have not brought it in since that recommendation because of the distrust and disbelief I have in this shop and the mechanics that work here. I don't believe this was even looked into as nothing was mentioned upon pickup. This time the "issue" was loose spark plugs, but I don't believe that for a second because of all the work that has been done on this car at this shop (to include a new engine) the same issue persists BEFORE and AFTER every single service appointment. As I said I have been so disgusted with the attitude and lack of help and resolution at this location, so after receiving the new engine in 11/2020, I have not brought the car back FOR WORK but have brought it in many times, purely to have the code read, and every time it is the same P0300 code but the techs can't seem to figure it out and won't even look into what has been suggested (traction control).

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Brian, Becky, and Eric were a pleasure to deal with. Brian kept me informed as my car was in transit and even picked me up at my home so that I could pick up my new Tahoe when it arrived. Becky explained the documents and options clearly. Judging from the positive interactions I had in the sales division, I will definitely be returning for maintenance in the service division. Thank you.

Craig and the manager of the place were knowledgeable, honest , kind and respectful and kept their word . The woman who helped us fill out the paperwork after we bought the truck was wonderful and knowledgeable. She made the process easy.

First I’m 65 yes old, so this isn’t the first new vehicle I’ve bought in my life. That being said , IG Burton is by far hands down the best experience I’ve ever had !!!! From start to finish it was flawless everybody I came in contact with was informative , accommodating and pleasant.my salesman Brent Cox was amazing penny in the back room also amazing, everything went perfect everybody there worked together like a well oiled machine . IG Burton knows how to run a business !!!! Know wonder they’ve been around so long, Thank you brent and thank you Tony for showing me how to work the features on my new Chevy truck 5 stars Highly recommended !!!!!
