This company is absolutely incredible and well rounded in both customer service and responsiveness. The entire experience was smoothe, supportive, and welcoming with an excellent outcome! I am now happily employed. The process was very quick and I am so thankful. They communicated quickly via email as well as by phone. I was relocating from another state and began working with them just a few days prior to arriving in Arizona. They were able to make the process smoothe and painless. It was a pleasure to meet with them in the office as well. The staff were all very welcoming from the moment I arrived. I was met at the front desk quickly, clearly directed on the process of what to expect, and interviewed timely. The office is very clean and the staff are very down to earth. Great place! I've worked for Express from 2016 to 2018 in Illinois and always loved how professional and caring they were and how quickly they managed to find me work that suited my needs and skills. I moved here about a year ago and only recently tried the Peoria office a couple of months ago for the first time to find work and I'm happy to report that they are just as fantastic as the branch in IL. The owner Pam is very sweet and kind, she is doing a great job running the Peoria branch despite the ongoing global pandemic and has been incredibly helpful. Joana and Farrah are also wonderful and caring and have both helped me with whatever I needed. If you give them a chance, they are a great team that will look out for you.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael at this location and after a wonderful conversation and a drug test later I was introduced to the team's manager, Pamela. Upon further review of my resumé, Pamela had suggested a career field that was right up my alley given my previous work experience and preferred specifications. Currently I am pending a zoom interview with my potential hiring company this Friday! Should all things go in my favor I know I'll be happy in my new role with this organization. If fate has other plans, I know my team at Express Employment has my back and will surely find me another opportunity elsewhere. 🙏
