resort is nice ... but when i can on my first day they treated me and my husband like trash every time we ask for something they forget to bring it and i would have to call again i told them i only had cash and they ssid its okay if i pay all cash but when i cane they said i had pay card they stress us out for the first couple of hours then they decided oh yeah you can pay cash. The service is bad but the resort is nice the yoga was nice and the instructor was cool teacher.

Phenomenal resort! We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved every second. The staff is exceptional and the grounds are immaculate. What is remarkable about this place is you will rarely see another guest if you aren’t at the lodge. Even at the hot springs we enjoyed them mostly to ourselves. We did 3 hikes, salvation peak, crustal gulch and chocolate drop and again didn’t see a soul but did encounter some wild burros. The food at harvest is wonderful. The breakfast and lunch menu stay consistent every day but have enough variety that it doesn’t feel boring. The dinner is. 5 course meal consistent if of a soup (a real highlight!) salad, a tapas of sorts and a main course (choice of beef, duck/lamb/pork, fish or vegetarian dish) and then dessert! Meals are made largely from the produce and fruit grown on site. We also did several activities including the Via Ferrata which was so fun! We will be back!

First of all, let me preface this by saying this place is extremely nice. The staff were all excellent, very friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and all around great. I also really appreciated the 'no tipping' model. They make it clear that all gratuity is included in all aspects, which makes it much easier to interact with people and not feel awkward or forced. That said, for the price of the place, I would expect everything to be 100%. The main area I was disappointed was the food. It was good, but it wasn't particularly memorable or great, and the gluten free options for my wife were sometimes surprisingly limited (and we did ask about that in advance).

Just wow! Went for 3 nights on our honeymoon and wish we could just live here. It feels like a heavenly oasis and looks like one too. The staff could not be any friendlier or more helpful. They are always smiling and happy to help with whatever is needed. The food that’s included in the price is made from the crops grown by farmers on the property and you can tell how fresh it is. And the cooks! I think they have Gordon Ramsey back there, or at least someone trained by him because it was all beyond delicious. The rooms are beautiful and equipped with many things to help you enjoy your stay; coffee maker, mini fridge, iPad, Bluetooth speaker, even a telescope to look at the stars at night! And the hot springs are so relaxing and actually make your skin so soft. All the water on the property is filtered from the springs and you can tell, from the water in the faucet to the water in the shower. Such an amazing place. We will definitely be back in the future for many of our anniversaries and cannot wait.
