I bought a Honda Fit from Culver City Honda in 2016. The sales lady in finance sold us all of the warranty packages. After leaving and consulting with a few people, we realized we didn't need all of those extras and got a refund. With the exception of the NSD tire/key/dent package for $986. She made it sound so good, "bring your car in from time to time and get it buffed out and looking new". She didn't point out that the repairs have to be done within 60 days. So I have been waiting through the pandemic to get any work done and just found out that it's too late. I called Boris at CC Honda to complain and all he could do was try to explain it away. Tip #1 Boris: explaining away the issue only makes your customer angry. I would have been happy with a partial refund or a free detail on the car. Too late. I'm selling the car back to a dealer who appreciates their customers.

If you are ever in the market for a car I highly suggest to stop by and ask for Anthony. Super polite and attentive guy he walked up to me right as I was parking and took care of us right away despite me being young. Gave us a great deal and treated us like family. Anthony really does go the extra mile to ensure that his clients are 100% satisfied with their purchase and I would definitely recommend going to him.

I had a GREAT experience honestly. I've been leasing with Honda for over 9 years, but at different dealerships. I moved to WLA and I am so glad that I walked into the team that I did today. GEO! Is the MAN! Very patient, kind and has a good sense of a person's wants when it comes to leasing. I honestly had a blast with him and I hope he's supported in his work place the way he should be! OMAR! Was also very attentive and knew I was an anxious impatient person, and he was able to cut the tension of the hours of leasing can take and actually make it kinda fun getting to know him!

If you press the unlock button twice on your key, it rolls all the windows down. I didn't realize this feature and the windows rolled down a few times when getting groceries out of the trunk...little did i know I was accidentally pressing the unlock key twice. Hope this helps!
