First time here. Ask if fountain drink can be refilled and waitress said No. then she upgraded our drink to large drink so we paid extra. But then I see many people refill their fountain drink.

Poorly managed. They ask for a name to bring food out to you & then fail to bring food out or call a name to come get it when it’s ready. This has happened to me 5 times in the last few months. This has happen to others also while I was waiting. Their only response is “sorry”. Save the sorry and just do better.

Not Reliable at all. It's a good thing they're in a smaller community. They would never make it in Phoenix. I decided to go in and order instead of ordering online like I usually do. BIG mistake. I waited forever, as in not sure exact time, 40 minutes? I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks. About half way in my wait time they said, we're just waiting on the pizza, while watching many people going in and out, they FINALLY brought my order out and said, sorry for the wait. I started driving home and went to eat a mozzarella stick, go figure, it was cold!! I would say don't go here, but they kind of have a niche here as its a small town area. I'm just sick of guessing if I'll have a good meal or be screwed.

I love their pizza 🍕 it’s the best. However the crust could have been cooked at little more, it was doughy, but still good. I only order from Barro’s pizza.
