I walked in to see about food for our new puppy. A guy asked if I needed help and I said yes, I had several questions. He kinda looked annoyed and walked by me saying he'd be back. I stood around for several minutes while he spoke with another employee. I was the only person in there and after a few minutes, I left. There were 3 employees in there and none said a word as I walked out. Unfortunate, based on the reviews it looks like a great place. Maybe just a bad day, who knows.

I absolutely love this place. There staff is super sweet and friendly. There are very knowledgeable about the products they carry in their stores and are not afraid to answer honestly if they don't know. Their grooming staff does an incredible job at a very competitive price for the area. did you a wonderful job at leaving the teddy bear look on my little Yorkie. The only downside is because they are so great there is normal a long wait time to get an appointment for the grooming. And the best part is the little messages on their receipts. I love a business who is proud of their faith.
