This place is a gamble and very unprofessional they left me stranded in LA no notice and they are still giving me a hard time on my refund i will never use them again.

Horrible. Horrible. They lie about the timea and stops the bus makes and they dont have an actual address for the bus to stop. There are crackheads in every corner of each stop. At one stop the crackhead came in and started smoking his meth in the building.

I don't normally take the time to make reviews but after traveling with them for the last 10 times i feel like i should to inform people about their terrible service. For one they'er never on time, they will lie to you only to sell a ticket. In addition, they drive very slow even with no traffic. Their buses are now running every 1:30 min, 30 min later then usual because they have less employees. I honestly recommend you to take another buss or experience their terrible service and share your experience.
