My OC urgent care next to home was closed so I had to go to this one. The lady PA who saw me was super dismissive. She checked me out in a 2 minute span from the time she walked into the room. When she asked me if I wanted to get Covid tested, I asked her if she recommended it, and she said “everything is just a virus at this point.” Sure but is that the type of way u respond to a patient asking for medical advice?? Anyway, she ended up just telling me to take some Tylenol and an allergy pill. Anyway, she told me I can go back to work Wednesday. Now it’s Wednesday and I feel 1000% worse. Went to my home OC Urgent care in Santa Ana. Right away PA gave me Covid and strep test. Turns out I have strep and I’m super contagious. Good thing I didn’t go to work. Finally getting the right medicine too.

I had a terrible sinus headache and my usual urgent care closes at 5 pm so I tried this place. I was very pleasantly surprised by how clean and efficient the office is. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I felt cared for, which I appreciate when I’m sick. I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend

Came here at 10:30am Was SECOND in line After waiting an hour we asked the lady at front desk if they could call us when ready. Who wants to sit in a small waiting room during a pandemic anyway right? She agreed After calling 3 different times asking if it was our turn, it's now 1pm. We came back into the office wondering what's going on?! There again was NEW faces in the room and they took OTHER patients before us. We told them we have been waiting since 10:30am why are these new ppl going in before us (mind you there are no appointments here) Georgine (the girl now working the front desk NOT the original front desk lady) said and I quote "it's cause they are in a hurry" This is an office of people who have no idea what they are doing. Terrible service and people who simply don't communicate together Stay away from this place at all cost if you can.

This place is wonderful!!!!!! I'm never going to Any other urgent care! First off the wait is minimal. The staff are so compassionate and nice. I had a migraine sooo bad. The nurse practitioner or doctor ( wish I had gotten her name) was really kind and gave me a shot. I walked out without my headache!!! I highly recommend this place!!❤️
