Service is horrible! I brought my car in to get a tire switched out instead MyIs air bag lightWas on when I came to the dealership My light was off... The young man that 1st assisted me My car taken back in the Bay to turn it off... When I was driving down the Driveway the light came back on ... I return to the service area to Rhea to let them know the light was still on... The next thing I know I'm getting a call stating that the service manager wanted to do another diagnostic which had already been done... And when I refused I was given a print out stating it was a seat fuse.. When trying to express the nature of the problem... I was told What's the best he could Do.. So I exit The parking lot Drove away Meanwhile the next morning I called infinities infinity's corporate office to see if we could come to some type of agreement... I will still be encharged $800 for something I didn't need... The young lady I spoke with over the phone knew nothing about cars.... Oh here I am I went to another garage garage had the light turned off again.... So there you have it!

South by Infiniti has poor customer service on the maintance service please don’t go to this place for service look for another location this people here don’t care about customer service don’t understand that customer pay their bills at home. and because of customer they have job in this place . i have been acerritos infiniti dealer for service and the employees at cerritos are totaly diferent of service. that means the tere customer service there is profecionaly with customer not the same as south bay infiniti. i gain DONT GO TO SOUTH BAY IN FINITI FOR CERVICE PERSONALY HERE THERE RUDE,MEAN , THERE JUST DONT CARE CUSTOMER .
