Andre and Lynn are the absolute best! It was my first time buying a car and this was the 4th dealership I’d been to, not to mention I had my 3 year old with me. Both of them accommodated and help watch him while I test drove the car, they kept him busy and fed him while I made my decision. Good service experience with Danny Chavarria. After a failed attempt for service at Pasadena, I realize I should have just gone to see Danny. Danny was nothing but professional, respectful, attentive, sincere and friendly. I arrived on time for my scheduled 7:30 appointment I made on the phone. I was greeted by a few staff members and all were friendly and professional. I always believed and advise everyone to find a service advisor you can trust and rely on in order to build a relationship for the duration you drive your car. I've done that with all my cars and all of them never had issues. This was the first service for my new Atlas and I made a mistake trying to go elsewhere. I leased my Atlas from a dealership too far for service, so I researched Yelp to find a service advisor. I initially chose Pasadena, but you can read my review on that experience. In any case I'll be working with Danny for now on. And if they the next car I want I'll work with sales then. The location is easy to get to, I was quickly checked in and the waiting room was clean and empty. There was someone constantly cleaning while I was there. A key factor for me is that I can work while I wait for the service to be done. Connecting to the Wi-Fi was quick and simple. There are several workstations with power and partitioned so you can work with semi privacy. One request - I think that room needed more lighting. The first annual service was done sooner than 1-5-2 hours. Fantastic feeling! The other location told me 3-4 and they were several hours behind. Nothing but a smooth and successful experience. But I still wish they could wash the car. I appreciate the text communication and able to view my invoice online. thanks Danny and DTLA VW!
