Free wifi, cable connections are available, the seats are uncomfortable. There is no public parking. I overheard parking at the Disney concert hall will be free when presented the juror badge which would've been useful to know before arriving as I had to pay for public parking after looking around for 15 minutes!

The prosecutors get away with too much unlawful practices and thebmajority of the public defenders are pretenders because it seems your in court with a D..a. as your lawyer. The supreme court had to undo their damages and know they dont want to give me my dismissal paper cause of cov19.

Review is in regards to jury duty, I am very impressed by the facilities, and the staff. It’s clean, there is WiFi, computers, vending machines, and plugs at the seats with USB ports as well. The staff is thorough, and very professional. You’ve taken something that people hate doing and made it a something I look forward to in the future.

Jury Duty room is big. Some chairs have USB / outlet plugs. Not all. Tables in the back. Computers are on the side. Looks like they go fast though. Free WiFi works good but has its limits. 90 minutes for lunch. Cafeteria has long line/s at lunch. 4 groups of approx 20-30 ppl have been called so far before lunch. The last group was called just as the lunch break was starting.

Just go to the jury assembly room at any courthouse and ask the people behind the counter there. They should be able to get you something. This answer is for Luisa Rocha
Underneath the Walt Disney Music Center. On Grand and 2nd Street. 2ns Street between Grand and Hope.
Yes, all L. A. County courts are open to the public.
Friend of mine has been in jail for 44 days, with felony charges and $150,000 Bail. How can I know his case status, He had court scheduled before JULY, and on 7/16/ 2020 here in Los Angeles Criminal Court. He has been translated to a different jail facility and his scheduled court date indicated before, does not appears in the system? Who I need to contact?
Go to the windows of the building where you have to go and there they tell you.

Call first
Expungement services may be done thru the LA County Public Defender office, if they represented you. But it may require a certain amount of time to have passed. Call for more information.
If you mean proof of service certificate, try the Jury Assembly Room on the first floor
Masks are required for every person indoors of the building - regardless of your vaccination status.
Yes you can. You'll just have to put it on silent when you're in the courtroom.
I believe so.
Call the courtroom which you want to attend. They have very limited space and you need to arrange it in advance.
Lot 10 on Broadway between Temple St and 1st Street, (Underground) .
it's only open if you have court or an appointment in the building. You have to show proof of appointment
There are court room on floors 3 thru 15 just depends on which dept your case will be heard on.
You cannot be inside the actual courtroom with your family member. They have you in a different courtroom and you can hear the trial.
Yes
Yes
Court is currently open to the public. Go to clerk's office either on 2nd or 5th floor before 4:30pm. One of them should be able to help you with both. Face mask is Required to enter building.
1st floor
You can order them online on the Los Angeles County Superior Court website
Check with your brother's lawyer.
With everything that's going on i'm not sure, you would have to go in to check
I would assume that they're open and if you say you have a court date, i would go in.
There isn't any parking for free. I ended up parking in Little Tokyo.
I wouldn't recommend bringing little children to court.
As long as you have a Los Angeles County Court Case number and it's a Criminal Case this is the building. 2nd floor clerks office. Otherwise they will tell you where you can find your file at.

Yes, go to the clerk's office and ask. Problem solved.
Go to the courthouse to the clerk's office and tell them what happened. Tell them you want to schedule a date to see the judge. Judges are usually nice and they'll let it slide if you tell them you forgot. There's a good chance that it probably went to arrest warrant, but don't worry, because once you're in the courtroom talking to the judge, Judges usually quash the warrants. It's better to take care of it immediately because if you get pulled over for anything, then the police will pick you up right there on the spot and then they'll bring you to court in handcuffs. So it's better to just go on your own then to be brought in.
Do you have Jury duty today? If yes, then ask where you can find it.
Go to the 2nd floor clerks office. They can look up your case and tell you what you need to do
Go to central court over there in Santa Ana. Los Angeles County Courts don't deal with Orange County things.
You need someone to take care of her while you're there. Perhaps a babysitter.
Ask one of the officers when you get inside.
I don't know about timing
Where do i go to court
There's no hotel here. But you should find out.
Speak with an officer there.
You can look yourself up on line in the court computer. Go to the la county court computer criminal division
I didn't see any at the courthouse, everyone parks at the Disney Concert Hall. Call the number on your jury summons, you might be able to get a change of venue.
That sounds like civil to me. You can try the Civil courthouse on 111 Hill St, two blocks away or Metropolitan traffic Court on Washington and Hill if it involves mental health as they have one or two rooms dedicated to mental health as of right now.
