Place did not accept ASAP online orders even though the restaurant was not busy when I arrived in person. Also the person taking orders on 5/16 at 5:30pm has a horrible attitude and looks like she does not wanna work here. Either she needs to get paid more to get happier or look for another job. Overall bad experience and food seemed to be undercooked. So hopefully I don’t get sick , not coming here again.

I agree this place used to be good now it sucks big time. Customer service goes a long way when your food not only sucks but is cold and disorganized by staff that could care less how it comes out or who's hands it ends up in. Won't be back and I think its not just us there is plenty of bad reviews at this horizon store. Save your money and go to McDonald's

The place was clean and the 60cent wings are great. The staff was friendly, and they had cute valentine's decos. I like it.

Good people, clean restrooms, very good food. And wheelchair accessible. This place is always full after 4 the people are very nice and the had changed to the menu so far so good. Do the surveys, they will give you a free item.
