I’ll never understand why they don’t include teriyaki sauce when you order teriyaki chicken if I don’t ask for it at the window the incompetent employees never put it in the bag.

Update: This place is still terrible. Girl at the drive-thru kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me finish my order. She needs to chill out. I asked for fried rice and she gave me white rice at that point I didn’t even feel like correcting her since she just kept cutting me off. If she would shut up for a bit she could’ve heard me properly. Girl at the drive thru had a short attention span. Asked twice for green tea with boba and handed it to us with the boba in a separate container claiming she didn’t know I wanted it with boba, they also gave me a boba straw but with a soda lid and that just makes a big mess. I also ordered a bowl of Beijing beef and fried rice and only got four pieces of beef. Employees are clearly young and lowly educated but the fault falls on the managers for their poor training. Only giving three stars because the food is always good but it’s be nearly impossible to mess that up since everything comes in frozen bags.

Recently I noticed the food isn’t as good here. I understand their super busy at times but the flavors are too strong and their not sticking to the recipes. The orange chicken flavor of orange is too overwhelming to enjoy. I wish they could get the old cook back because the past couple of months the quality of the food has gone down. Now I have to drive all the way to Socorro to enjoy Panda Express 😢

Drive thru intercom employees always tell you to wait at the intercom to help out their times , which creates longer lines for people who are trying to just DRIVE THRU and get their food . Tea Bar drinks are never consistent in taste , teas are always bitter , fruit tea syrup is always bitter even though their syrups are made in house .
