Best buy has been for many years a store that has stand its ground and has won many other stores that sell electronics have not that is why I trust and believe on vision of Best buy my experience is that once I walked in I am welcome I feel secure, I know that if I have a question there is going to be an expert to release me of all my anxieties about the product that I want to buy recently I purchase for my school because I am a bachelor's degree student I went and purchased a computer and I was very indecisive not for too long Mary help me to guide me in the direction of why do I need the computer for and then she refer me to Alex ,I was so grateful because of Mary and Alex I bought the best computer it's fast and right now I am in the Honor society and on the Dean's list for three consecutive years this is my last year then I get my bachelor's degree. Ladies and gentlemen of El Paso and also people coming from out of town visit Best buy we have one here on the far East side we have one close to Cielo Vista on and also we have one on the west side for more exact locations please Google them I use the one here on the loop next to PetSmart they have a Target they have a mattress firm it's on the corner next to PetSmart it's going to be on the far far East side I will be back with more instructions with exact instructions on how to get there with streets names of the streets and also phone numbers in further post thank you very much honestly I am not trying to shade Walmart or Target or any of the Walmart stores but let me tell you something those stores they focus on everything food clothes everything Best buy focuses on electronics.

True story. My wife and I were shopping for a washer and dryer and looked at a couple of home improvement stores in our area. We decided to go by one of the major competitors in and we saw a pair that seemed sensibly priced. We walked in to the store and were attended by a young lady who seemed distracted. My wife decided on a washer and dryer and asked the lady for the sale. I was still looking at certain features from another dryer and asked for a little more time. After a few minutes we decided to go with the original pair and looked for the young lady for the sale. She was nowhere to be found. About 15 minutes passed, we decided to purchase the washer and dryer online. While googling for the pair we were going to buy, I saw some ads for Best Buy and decided to visit their website. Lo and behold, we actually found a pair with better features and a cheaper price on the website. We immediately went to our closest Best Buy where we were attended by a young man. The gentleman stayed beside us the entire time and even did some research on another pair that was a little more expensive, but exactly what we needed. Our new friend at Best Buy rang is up and even gave us a $200 gift card for our troubles. Best Buy gave us exactly what we wanted and provided the service that we deserved. We will always look to Best Buy at the beginning of our searches moving forward. Thank you Best Buy for providing quality service to your customers!

We decided to take the upgrade plunge and purchase a new Chromebook. The young lady (wish I could remember her name) whom helped us was absolutely thee best in customer service! Also...I truly appreciate the excellent greeting when entering and acknowledgment when leaving. I hope you always provide the excellent customer service!
