We showed up at about 7:30pm, they close at 8. We needed to patch a tire and when the young man took our wheel off...we had 3 screws. SMH. He was so nice, kept a conversation with us and we were STILL out of there in 15 mins. Even though Long Beach is far away from home for me, I know where to go when I'm in town to take care of my tires. Very honest and genuine people there.

They charged me 30 for a tire patch! Last time I was there they charged me 18, This is the last time I go there. Plenty other shops charge you 15-20.

First, I'm a car guy and also do much of my own maintenance and mechanicals. Upon performing a routine check of my tire pressure on my daily driver I noticed one tire down 15 pounds. Uh-oh! The others were fine so I knew I had a slow or moderate leak likely due to running over a nail or screw. It was a nail. So, where to go? A quick Google search yielded David's Tire Shop... just down the street from where I live. One word... awesome! I arrived moments before Oscar, Carlos, and Richard did at 10 am, the reason no one answered the phone. Instead of just doing a quick and dirty tire plug Carlos removed the tire and did a proper patch repair. This was the best $20 I have spent on my car since buying it 18 years ago. Friendly, courteous, efficient, budget friendly... good as it gets!

I had a great experience here. I found this family run shop to be an honest business. Just like with the other positive reviews, Arturo assessed my car's brakes and gave me his personal opinion about what honestly needed to get fixed: front/back brake pads and front rotor sanding. Rather than using cheap parts at typical shops, he was using better parts. He gave me a reasonable price and I agreed. While I was waiting, I decided to stop by the authentic food stand run by the Grandmother and staffed with other family members $1.50 tacos and $3 burritos. It was really good. What I liked most about this place is that it's built off the hard work of this family and I feel great supporting this business.
