Best Buy Store 1119. Geek Squad young man named Gotti, provided excellent customer service. Needed help making space for iPhone pics. He tested 2 devices “magic” sticks-USB. He managed with the 2nd stick. I called to set appointment and told not to take any of my desktop connections. That was not the case so, I had to drive back to location where I was staying to pick up the connection. Gotti had to seek advice which of the sticks he needed to use that worked with my hard drive. He showed me how to navigate it after he stored pic in 2 folders and at the point to finalize. Informed me to delete and start over making the pic transfer over to the 3rd folder avoiding duplication. When I got my computer back up. It repeated and just cleared the duplicates out as expected. Gotti gave me a recommendation of quality, to purchase SATA SSD by Samsung for speed. And provided purchase price at Best Buy. We all need each other ... As a customer and consumer of electronic products pack your PATIENCE because we are all in this together. Being faced with things beyond our control are today’s challenges! We need each other let’s give each other the room and space to learn to grow with the company and to share selflessness. I understand there is a freeze for the Geek Squad Services with Best Buy companies. Human kindness is doing things together not the me first attitude when nowadays. Does not get you any closer to fulfilling a demanding day. Just because your work schedule is in conflict with devices or computer systems. These things tend to happen!?! Human kindness works better! Thank you Gotti! For your example and excellence in your teamwork for the Geek Squad. Five ***** stars providing customer service by adding the human kindness to your touch....

Do not buy any warranty from them Its a scam Do not let the sales person fool you into buying Do not trust the manager cause he won't help you Overall just don't buy anything from them Fry's was much better but sadly honest businesses are going out of business Main while this scam business survives

I took my laptop to get the speaker fix. I truly believe they need more help as everytime I go they always look like chickens without a head running around not taking time to explain things to customers. With that being said no one mention my whole files and applications where going to be deleted. I got my laptop with my files gone and my applications erased. Had to download my Microsoft application and lost some files as they were not back up. If anyone would had told me they needed to delete thing to fix my speaker i would had back up ALL my files. Had posted a review giving it two star now I retract myself and if i could i wouldn't even give them none. My computer is still NOT FIX IT IS WORSE THEN WHEN I TOOK IT IN. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN. SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE REVIEW BEFORE COMING!!!!!!

What I would recommend you is to make an appointment with them so you don't have to wait on line hope this helps.
