Honest review July 2022. So far so good. I placed an order, received a nice hello email and order confirmation. I did not get shipping or tracking via email, however I was able to easily find this in my order history on the Hollywood DJ website. I have not received my DJ case as of yet, but the FedEx ground tracking shows movement just one day after the order. So no issues with shipping/processing. Very smooth so far. I will update if any issues arise. The site looks like they have some cool stuff that other places do not have in stock currently. I love the case I ordered, and was just checking out some lights lol. I mean, how cool is it to get DJ gear from Hollywood? s

My dad made a purchase from here and didn’t quite get what he expected. Contacted them to return it, In which he had to pay like $75 to ship it back and never got his money back. Mind you its been like 6 months with multiple phone calls and emails and still nothing. They basically just took his money.

The best place you can get stuffs at very low price, the guy name Allen is very nice and friendly never met anyone like him very smart and calm, I really wanna work for him tho ngl lol.

Just wanted to let you guys know your service and communication is everything! I have purchased lots of equipment from other companies throughout all these years. I bought a decksaver cover for my pioneer S11 mixer about a month ago. One thing that I’m big on is communicating with me about when my item will arrive. I understood it was a preorder item but you guys always sent me emails keeping me updated with what was happening and loved that! During this pandemic i know its tuff trying to communicate with your guys customers about equipment. You guys are doing such a phenomenal job. You don’t get that service with other companies. You guys will now be my go to company for all my DJ needs. Thank you for the communication and actually caring about your customers. I received my cover today. You guys are the best! Thank you Alan!
