After the sudden death of our son, my wife and I needed a day or two away. Upon checking in, I was asked how they could help. I explained what we were going through. He (front desk agent) went above and beyond to make sure our requests were met. Room was clean and staff were very professionaI and friendly. I will most definitely be coming again for a stay. Hopefully under better circumstances. Thank you Quality staff. You are awesome

I will never stay here again. The lobby had a bad odor. The room was disgusting but we had no choice as it was graduation weekend. The towels still had makeup from another guest, the bathtub was filthy and drained very slow. The carpet was sticky. Overall it was just gross and the room doesn’t seem like it was wiped down or sanitized. I’ve stayed in dives before but this one shouldn’t even be endorsed as a Quality Inn. The front desk lady was nice though. No breakfast, no pool (it was green).

I stopped at the Quality Inn on a road trip I took. It was the first place I saw off the interstate. I couldn't have found a better place to stay. Rooms are clean and affordable. The staff was very polite and busy. The establishment is going through a complete remodel and it looks really good. The pool was closed but I believe that is a COVID related issue. I would recommend any weary traveler to stop in.

After driving for more than 13 hours, the manager made us feel more than welcome. She was not only efficient in getting us the rooms we had reserved, she was delightful in her conversation with us. We will definitely be back! Indeed, four days later on our return trip, we changed our itinerary slightly so we could stay here again. We were not disappointed!
