Great location. This RV park is located in historic Mesilla. Easy Cable hook up with more than 70 channels, and very fast and reliable WIFI. Bathrooms and showers are old, but clean. Mike, park manager, is very kind. I will definitely stay here again.

I visited friends who were driving thru great place to stay. Near fast food, but sit down restaurants too. They enjoyed the amenities were here and gone in a week.

Great location right off I10 and walking distance to historic Mesilla. This is a small park but Big Mike will welcome you with a smile. We stayed here twice and we would come back again. You can’t beat the hospitality this little park offers.

Nice RV park with a combination of permanent and transient spots. Crushed stone throughout the park, spots are a little tight, but overall it made for a good spot to overnight on our way through. Services worked without problem, water pressure is very good so bring a pressure regulator. Easy check in, owner is delightful and offered up a good suggestion for dinner out that night. Easy access on and off the hwy, and into the park itself.
