Great hike especially in April/May when the flowers are out. 9 miles (there and back) if you want to go all the way to the Point

Nice trail to hike, very busy if your not in first of the morning. The 9 miles of road is pretty rough to the parking lot. Bring binoculars for chance to see whales.

This trail is underrated. It's worth to go for sure even more then once. The views all the way long is breathtaking. Ravens, elks, ospreys can be seen several times here. Ocean view with its huge waves are so amazing and the sunset. Its like being of the Lord of rings team. Just go there and check it out by your own

Stunning and amazingly beautiful! The day started out cool, but started at sunrise and seeing the sunrise, it was spectacular! 4.7miles to the the point, the trek is definitely worth it if you seek refuge in the beauty and calmness of Mother Nature: the birds chirping, the ways crashing down upon the rocks and shoreline, the Elk reserve, the hidden away beaches, etc.

Dogs (pets) are not allowed on the Tomales Point Trail.
There's a dirt area where quite a lot of cars can park (eg 40). It can fill up on busy days but it's not a big concern.
