Nice people but then I got my order. I asked for a hot chocolate and I got some kind of coffee stuff that tasted like pure coffee beans. I just wanted a sweet treat, not pure bitter caffeine.

Starbucks is always good, they even give you a "Puppacino" for your pup which is like a whip cream cup of some kind for your pup if you go through the drive thru. They can be a bit expensive though. My kids like the cake pops because they are cute and tasty as well.

Alexis B is literally such a sweetheart! I felt so welcomed into this location & these days it’s kind of hard to feel this way in any establishment. She had such a bright smile when I approached the counter & I’m not even from around this area so it really did mean a lot to me. Not to be dramatic but my entire experience was amazing based off of this one woman. I pray that she is blessed beyond measure, we need people like her everywhere! The other two girls with her were also friendly & exchanges warm smiles with me but Alexis took care of me from beginning to end. SHE DESERVES A RAISE! 🙌🏼 What may seem like a small gesture to one person but means a lot more to someone else. Thank you Alexis for not only making my morning but also my entire day. ♥️

Located inside Arizona Mills Mall. Great staff, friendly and upbeat. Drinks made perfect. Busy place, ordering took a bit of time, which is to be expected. But what was not expected was the cleanliness of this Starbucks. Not up to standard. Management might need to add more staff. Nobody wants to sit down with their pricey delicious drink when it's dirty everywhere.
