The new workers they have hired recently are very rude (blonde thin younger lady and a bigger built young lady with black hair looks Hispanic or native)they like to talk about the people coming in and also about the people leaving. They also say you don't need an appointment once they get you checked in they send you a link to come back for an appointment time. They're the rudest people I've ever met I've been waiting almost 2 hours I even watched them make this young lady cry just because she didn't understand them. I would not recommend bringing anyone to this location if it's a real emergency you're better off going to the emergency room!!!!

I want to start this off by saying I tried to post this anonymously because of fear of retaliation, but unfortunately Duke City or Google blocked my review. So let’s try again with my actual personal profile. The receptionists that work at this Urgent Care are completely lacking in empathy and compassion. I had a horrible experience with them the couple times I called and needed assistance. It was like pulling teeth just to get simple information from them, as if they were trying to be unhelpful. Which to me clearly indicates they do not care about their jobs anymore and probably should find a new place to work. I myself work in customer service and can honestly say, even on my worst day, I would not speak to people the way they spoke to me each time I called or was in person speaking with them. I also would not at all recommend this location whatsoever, since they are NOT good diagnosticians. The doctor I saw completely mis-diagnosed me and gave me the completely wrong medication. This wrong medication had many very intense side effects. I so regret going here for treatment and am dreading the bills that will surely come in the mail for this so-called "medical care" I received. Honestly, go ANYWHERE else. Everything from how I was treated at the reception level to the care I received from the doctors was terrible.

Staff and waiting time was good until some Jessica Johnson (dr) ??? Whatever she was took care of me… I just got a stroke and went there since I was t feeling good again and scared that it might be happening again and her attitude was extremely rude and unkind.. ppl go hospitals to feel better and get better, not to go on vacation her skills were the worst I’ve ever experienced, I just got out days before from pres in central and every single one treat me with kindness and respect… this woman has no skills , tenderness or caring (at least with me) it’s been a real hard week for me to adjust to a lot of changes in my life and she made it worst , she is a perfect example of why we live the way we live these days

I've been here twice now and have had great experiences! They are fast and efficient, while also managing to be incredibly attentive. Both times I left within 30 minutes. One of those visits they even had to do some lab work! Best urgent care I've ever been to.
