The employees were rude to the kids and were extremely disinterested in their work. They kept on claiming that they were closed, although we showed up at the store 30 minutes before the store officially closed that evening. Despite the door and the sign clearly displaying the “OPEN” sign, the employees claimed that they were closed in a wry manner and made faces towards the kids, making us feel exceptionally unwelcome. We overheard the employees claiming that “this was insane”. We paid before-hand and after paying, they made us wait as they huddled in a different room. After an extend period of time, they claimed that they were out of ingredients that were needed for the ice cream. Finally, after saying that we could come back tomorrow if they were out of stock, they hesitatingly said they might have the ingredients in the back and moodily made the ice cream. After that, we simply asked for lids for the ice cream, and then one of the the employees reluctantly flung them at us. Terrible customer service!

The cheese cake bites tasted like freezer burn. The ice cream there tasted so bad we went to the dairy Queen right across the parking lot. That's sad when I was hoping to have found a new place for my granddaughter and I to go to. Unfortunately it was our first time and last.

Very nice rolled ice cream shop. This was my first visit. The young lady working the shop was friendly and helpful. They offer unlimited toppings to your ice cream, which is nice! Great variety of offerings, would definitely return!

Delicious ice cream rolls and great customer service. $7.50 a cup but damn good cause u can choose as many toppings as u can fit. the crew is very good at following safe serve standards. Tho it was a little wait it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. We will return.
