Can't give lower rating, but would if I could. My flight was delayed. I talked to Hertz before getting on the flight and they said someone will track the flight and be there when I get there. I get to the rental car location, and no one was around. Other companies did have people waiting for their customers, but not Hertz. No communication or signs for what to do next. We try reaching back to hertz again, they basically say oops, you have to come back in the morning now. The car itself was nice and clean, but the experience trying to get it was really bad. I would never rent from Hertz ever again if I am coming in later in the day, for the fear of being stranded.

This is the second time that the Hertz Car Rental facility at the airport was closed when my flight arrived. I tried calling the locatin direcly at 8 pm, but nobody would ever answer. I finally called Hertz customer service and they thanked me for being President's Circle and assured me that the staff would be on-site until midnight and if they had my flight information they would wait until 0200. I had to Uber again. So frustrating!!!

Hertz accommodated our rental car needs (pick up and drop off in different city's) along with a variety of other needs because of our diverse group of travelers. BUT the MOST important thing was how Ruby helped my husband and I in a very stressful situation. I dropped my wedding ring while driving and forgot to get it before returning the car. When we realized it was less than an hour to boarding our flight Ruby herself calmly searched the car, found the ring and assured us both we would make our flight. I am a HUGE believer in karma and because of her kind/generous actions I am certain Ruby has some good things coming her way! Thank you to the entire team for helping make a stressful situation manageable and a good ending.

We rented a car from Hertz in Albuquerque and had very limited interaction with the staff at the airport. We discovered the car had a tremendous smell at first we thought it might have been a smoker but it turned out we believe it might have been a dead animal or maybe a dead human that was in the car before we rented it. I tried about 17 times to call their national number and their local number and entered into a feedback loop that was a total nightmare and many of their phone numbers listed on their website do not actually even work. Sadly we were an hour or more away from the airport or I would have returned the car so they could find the dead body or dead animal and give us a new car. This was by far the worst customer service and worst smelling car I've ever encountered in my life. Had to drive around for 4 days with the windows down even on the highway. Customer service is terrible and this car is almost unbearable to be in.

There is someone there and if you sign up for preferred customers you can get in a car and drive to gate to exit.
Drop off the car when ever you want. They will email your receipt
About 8 minutes bus ride from the airport.
Check with Hertz. If you have an account with them , they can offer you a good deal. Also if you have a Marriott card, you can get a good deal.
You will have a one way "drop fee"... Painful. in my experience the Enterprise and dollar companies tend to handle one way rentals better... Your mileage may vary...
Go online to get estimated costs.
yes about 5 mins away there is a courteous bus to pick up and deliver you to them
