Suspiciously deferred for the day repeatedly first test blood pressure is suspiciously high but it's not on my own machine then during the retest 15 minutes later my blood pressure is fine but my pulse is above 100 mysteriously. This has happened numerous times. Again it'd only their machine that ever registers me high. Even their scale is off by two pounds.

I have been donating since November 2021 at CSL. Never once had an issue, especially with customer service. Their customer service is excellent. Very friendly. When I started as a new donor, I was paid $100/donation for the first 8 or 9 donations. Then you are paid up to $55/donation, depending on your weight. I would highly recommend getting the app, cause you can earn points everytime you donate. These points can be converted to cash. Please remember when you go to donate you must have patience. You must have a pleasant attitude. If you don't then you may have a completely different experience.

Spent over an hour and a half here, talked to multiple people, was fulling signed in an processed. Multiple staff saw me, had two people sign off on my paper work, only to be told I cannot donate with tattoos covering my veins on my arms, that where clearly visible upon entry to the facility and through the entire check in process. Not a single person said I couldn't donate until I went to get the physical part. Very unprofessional and time I'll never get back

So professional! I was a new donor because it had been over a year since my last donation and everyone was so nice and helpful. They didn't even leave a bruise! I was in and out in under 3 hours. I definitely recommend coming here to anyone who is able to donate. Thank you so much for the great and easy experience!
