I use the pick up option and usually I get good service. However they do have a lot of phone service issues. If you have an option of phone to pick up your order, then you phones should work I sat for 30 minutes and called 12 x no answer just busy signal. Finally asked a delivery person to get my order. Still took another 20 minutes.

They always have what i want but this time i called to see if they had handicap carts that move with a controller and i stood on the phone with it ringing for 5 minutes before someone hung up on me. That was after i called twice and no answer. These employees seem to not car at all about customer service and just wants the money that comes with the bare minimum of a job

Every single time I go to this Walmart and I need ANY type of assistance (opening locked cases in outdoors, jewelry, etc) i have to walk around to find someone and they literally give me the run around from person to person and department to department all around the store for one single item! It seems like instead of just helping me get what I need they'd prefer I just leave empty handed. And it sucks because this is the closest Walmart to my house :(

If you are going to put half the store behind glass and make customers go to a register with a cashier to get their items, You should have more than one cashier working. Being in a line 9 deep to get a belt is pretty ridiculous. At least give the items to the self checkout people and have us ask them for it if you are going to make everyone check themselves out to get around hiring more people at a decent wage.
