The manager was very helpful. We were close to the hospital where a family member was having surgery. The hotel is in need of updating, but was clean. Breakfast was good and with a few tweaks would be very good. The four mornings we were there, there was no break offered for toast. They did have bagels a couple of mornings and biscuits. The morning they had biscuits and gravy, there was no protein offered. However, the manager did offer to make some bacon for me. We left an item there and they are to mail to us this week. Over all we would certainly recommend this hotel and we would stay again.

Positive: Good location off I-81, quiet, friendly staff. Negative: Doing their best to keep things updated, but a little worn. The bathroom sink has the spray perforation, so you get restricted water but it sprays everywhere except down into the sink. Could use some new caulking around the wall a/c unit for a better seal

We got stranded in va due to a car malfunction. Dalton and the entire staff were awesome at helping us. They provided a room, discounts, and helped us get info on rental cars. The room was clean, breakfast was great, staff were all very helpful. We got stranded with a teenager daughter and dogs. They were really great.

Peggy at the front desk is nothing but sweet. She was super welcoming & helpful each time I extended my stay. Also, the housekeeper Kathia (I think) did a wonderful job on the room. For a well budgeted hotel, you’ve got my five stars. Thank you Peggy!!🥹💛
