Very busy store to say the least. Friendly staff and you can find whatever you need and maybe a few things you didn't know you needed!

Staff is rude!!!! Very very poor management with the grooming. Was just yelled at and spoken to very rudely. I had an appointment scheduled and they chose to cancel without speaking with me. Tried to resolve the issue and was told they left me a message earlier. Which reads “hi this is Stephanie calling from petsnart grooming giving you a call about your appointment with Charley you guys are scheduled today at 5:45 however I can take you guys now. If you are able to head down give me a call to confirm. I told her that and Ended the phone call and was called back saying she spoke to a man earlier. I am the only one on the account and I am definitely not male. Not acceptable they don’t know what’s going on or how to handle situations they caused. Very very upset with how they treated me.

Kevin was absolutely amazing! He helped me with my fish selection and educated me on what should go together and what’s shouldn’t. He was so so sweet and patient! Thank you so much Kevin! We will be back to see you :)

Kevin is so helpful, kind and informative. He approached us and his energy definitely made me feel like I was making the right decision by purchasing my second Cuban False Chameleon. We love our new addition so much already! Thanks Kevin!

Good for a beta, however Petsmart has not had the replacement filters since I bought it, and they are not very helpful, I just keep being told to check back, filters are to be replaced once a month and I'm at 2 months, I won't buy this model for my granddaughter and I think you can get better service at Walmart.
My grand puppy was there. They were awesome. And he's not exactly a model student. Lol the trainer was a young man with a bunch of tattoos and very very nice. I can't remember his name.
Not likely, if you want to become a groomer maybe the first hand animal experience can help becoming an assistant but thats about the most i would imagine it would help.
I really love the vet's at Banfield Veteran clinic and Veteran hospital you can get a Heath plan that meets your pet's needs
Was 9 to 8 last time I checked
