This was always a great location, but the employees as of late are not impressive. I always place pick-up orders and normally it’s an easy process. Today I came in and waited over 10 minutes as the 2nd person in line, without anyone of 3-5 employees there even acknowledging me. The customer in front of me appeared to be an off shift Target employee and all 3-5 of the on shift employees were laughing and chatting with him as if there were no customers. It reminded me of Walmart where you see 20 workers and only 1 working a register. No urgency about customer service or even letting you know they’ll get to you.

What a disrespectful bunch of employees! The young ladies in clothing were proudly walking around talking about burning the American flag! On independence day! I understand freedom of speech but when you're on the clock and representing a company there are things you don't boast about! My family was in disbelief honestly. We addressed this matter with management so hopefully they address the disrespectful young ladies that were involved. How do we have a whole generation of youth that are okay with this behavior. Most likely will not be returning to that store! And we love Target!

I went to this location tonight. I showed up at 9:53 p.m. I was going here to pick up a specific item. Entry doors were already locked. I went in the exit door to be greeted by several employees who said "we're closed". I verified that closing time was 10:00 p.m. Then I walked past them to buy the item I wanted. So I wouldn't really call these employees greeters. It wasn't a very welcoming experience. I probably won't go back to this target. Oh ya, there was a long line at register and the self checkout. But there were probably 5-6 employees just at the exit doors. So 1 actual register open, and 5-6 employees just making sure no one else attempts to enter the store during business hours? Logic would dictate, that maybe check the people out at the registers, so the workers can go home at an appropriate time?

I sadly will not be a #Target shopper any longer 😔. Once my go to for everything. I would go out of my way to shop for others there that could not, for one reason or another. It is shameful that this locations management has lost so many first time, and long time Target shoppers. Treat me bad once, Alright, everyone has a bad day. Do it again..... well I'm done. This location has such a bad reputation compared to other Targets in the area for good reason. Management sets the tone. I could easily go around my house and take pictures of all my online order boxes filling the house. Up and Up, and other Target brand, items all over the house. Monica is a disgrace to the Target family of employees. As a member of management she is only losing customers, new and old, and is a disgrace to the company. No more Target in any way for me, or those that I always tried to get to shop there. Truly sad and uncalled for Monica. You represent a cooperation and with that position, and the power trip you act on with it, that is not about customer service in the least, you lose customers for the entire cooperation #Target. A customer should not have to work so hard , and be treated poorly in the process, to have issues resolved. It is your job, Monica, to take care of the customers negative experiences, and do it politely. Not your forte apparently.
