The company itself is great but I don’t know where to start with this specific CARGO location. This review is not for its airlines. Customer service is horrible all around. Walk in and don’t get greeted. Everyone seems like when you walk in, they are upset to see you. Everyone is sitting on their behinds either on their phone or watching tv. I’m sure there is something to be done. If I could, I would not bring my business here but we need the service southwest provides. When they do help you, they never fill out all the information from the sheet pre filled by myself and my company.

You want to fly cargo? You asked the cargo website. Just call and ask, You can't get past TSA without a boarding pass, you can print it at the airport.
