Seen a couple other reviews that were less than stellar but I had a good experience. Was there on Saturday afternoon between waves of locals. The lady working was nice enough. Made my pizza the way I ordered it. Said Thanks for my business when she brought it to the table. Restaurant is on the other side of the highway from Pilot Truckstop. Definitely worth the time to walk over there. Dont know when I'll be back up there but I will come back...

Definitely my favorite pizza place around the Elko/Carlin area. Food is always hot and fresh. I haven't had any issues with pizza factory, and I've been going there for over 15 years. Employees are always super friendly and helpful. Resturaunt is always clean in the dining area. Employees are prompt when you approach the register. Definitely worth the drive from Elko to Carlin. It can be a little pricey depending on what you order, but it is worth it.

Yummy! I ordered a small pepperoni- and mushroom- pizza as well as the lasagna. The food was hot and excellent. They really nailed it and delivered everything. I even called back and found out the all-star team so I could -specifically- mention them. Aaliyah, Jayden, and Kayla did an awesome job! Thanks for the great meal and service.

Ordered pizza said it would be 20 to 30 minutes . Arrived to pick it up 26 minutes later and it had not been made or even in the oven. Was offered lots is excuses why it wasn’t ready. Pizza good service fair at best. To bad there’s not a negative number only one.
