Very fast service, ATT equipment return service center they only need your ATT account number and the router without package and done for free. I went to 2 wrong places before this one, one whipping center charges $10 other at wall greens farmacia wouldn’t take it.

Kayla was such a friendly, kind and exceptional worker. She was able to assist me in packaging a new order, filling out the shipping label, and discussing prices for each shipping package. She was so professional and efficient in her job, it was such a quick and easy process because of her!

I been to this place a few(3) times already. I have never been acknowledged and the first time there I had to find someone to ask for service as nobody was available on plain sight. Finally, I had to raise my voice for someone to come to the counter. Someone did answer, but had to wait several minutes until she was done so she can come to the counter to help me. The last two times I been there, I just walk right in and help myself as all I need is available by self-help.... like using a computer, downloading documents, use the printer, make copies and even pay for all services. So I guess this is a great office/business, but the staff is horrible as they never offer assistance or even acknowledge that you're there.
