If I could leave no stars I would. We ordered a big dinner box with the 3 pizzas and 2 orders of bone out wings. They delivered the wrong pizza and we called to tell them and they told us that it was a glitch in their system and they won’t refund us. They were rude about it and it was the manager we spoke to. The order we got wasn’t even worth what we paid.

Please don’t come here! My big dinner box gave me and my party guests FOOD POISONING!!! I believe the oven is set too high as the outside of the pizza was burnt but the inside was raw, the ‘cheese’ pizza we ordered DIDNT HAVE CHEESE!!! I can’t even exaggerate it DIDNT HAVE CHEESE ON IT!!! Several other guests got serious food poisoning we’ve all been bed ridden and having gas problems…never eating at this Pizza Hut again

I am completely mind blown right now. I just ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in DHS. I placed an order for delivery. Right now when I opened my pizza box I noticed an ENTIRE slice of pizza is missing. Like someone opened the box and ate it! I called pizza hut to let them know and the manager, a male that refused to give his name, was completely rude about it. I told him what happened and he said "I don't know what to tell you the pizza was complete when it left the store" I told him he better speak to his delivery driver and he straight up told me he wasn't gonna do that, that it's my problem! I asked for a replacement or refund and he told me no! He said it's not his problem. I said I would call cooperate and make a complaint, he said, "do whatever you feel like doing, but you're not getting your money back" I'm completely appalled! Mot to mention I ordered pizza from there a few months ago and the pizza wasn't cut at all! That manager needs to be fired! UPDATE: I emailed my information to the email address added below. The only response I got was that I would be contacted within 48 hours. Of course no one ever contacted me and the issues was NEVER resolved. Seems they respond to complaints on here just to make it appear they want to make it right with the customer, but actually have no intentions on correcting the issue. It's been 4 weeks. This is the longest 48 hours I've ever experienced.

Cinnamon on my breadstick which means they don't clean there equipment barely any cheese on pizza rather went to lil Caeser which says alot also homeless guy doing his eyeliner plugged up multiple outlets in store .store stink that why they have drive thru
