This rv park is wonderful! There's even a salon on premises that is a nail and hair salon, really nice staff, close to Cortez CO and Mesa Verde Nat'l Park. An overall great place, clean and quiet too. This was our 2nd stay there and we'll go back again when in the area.

Wow what a nice RV park. Sites are spacious with a large grass area & concrete patio for each site. The rock/gravel site was fairly level. There are several fun activities to do, pickle ball, golf putt, kids playground, and even a salon/spa with fair prices. The park held a very nice happy hour with live entertainment which was so nice. It is close to Mesa verde and several places of interest in south western Colorado. We would highly recommend.

After relocating to another site, we had a wonderful stay here! We had a problem but it was addressed quickly which was much appreciated! It's a great location to Mesa Verde National Park as well as Cortez and many stores. It's located in a quiet area where the views are unobstructed. The mountains and stars were beautiful. The lanes are paved and the sites are spacious! Hook ups are all well done and the whole park was meticulously kept. There are two dog parks, a smaller one nearby the entrance and a much larger one towards the back. There are high fences with a heavy duty gate. I loved how they built it! Bags are provided as well a water for your four legged companions. There is also a play ground, tennis court, mini golf area, patios, and the gardens are nicely done. The office receives mail and there is a salon inside. We came here during the fall when it was quiet and not very full. I would love to come again when it gets warmer. I'm sure it would be just as nice staying here again.

I love this place! It's a hidden gem that I almost didn't write a review for because I don't want anyone else to know about it! 😍 We were able to get into the resort by dumb luck because it is so new. We had little to no expectations coming in and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff is amazing, clean & beautiful facility (and I can just imagine how gorgeous it will be once the trees grow a little) and it has a great community feel! They have all sorts of unique perks.... potlucks, a cute bar with happy hour and snacks, live music, a full service salon! There are plenty of activities and things to do. We scratched our next stop just so we can stay here longer!
