Pharmacy is rude. You should be able to ask your pharmacist questions about a prescription. They act like your existence bothers them. I am always smiling and bubbly, but every time I call to ask about my prescription status they are condescending and rude. Even in person the basic “do you have any questions about your prescription” is never asked. If i do try to ask a small question they are rude and talk to you like you are the most annoying thing in their world. Worst customer service I have never dealt with a pharmacy like this.

I shop here probably 4 days per week. I live a literal stones throw away as the crowd flies. (Over the back wall) the posted hours say 11pm. Tonight I went to get one of my favorite treats. Some popcycles which are about 10 feet from the self checkout and some kid was standing at the door at 10:52 telling me I could not come in because they aRe closed . I said its 10:52 . He said we close at 10:50. I said everywhere online it says 11pm. All i want is 1 item 10 feet from the register. Itsnthat latr night stock guybattitude all have this attitude. Can't be bothered with customers. The reason why stores are no longer 24 hourp Inhave been shopping there forn16 years and all my prescriptions are there . Might have to move them to CVS

So disappointing. My mom - a Colombian immigrant, who speaks broken English but can defend herself, was bullied by cashier ENID primarily and customer service manager AGNES. She left the flowers on her cart while her other things were getting scanned because she didn’t want the flowers to get damaged. ENID apparently didn’t like that or that she entered her phone number before she was done scanning. Instead of acting like a grown human being and telling my mom calmly to do whatever she preferred - she stopped scanning, crossed her arms and stared with disgust at my mom. When she asked her why she stopped and to continue, she said she didn’t want to scan her stuff anymore and when asked why she just said “because”. Then my mom asked for the manager. AGNES was the most disappointing part of all this, especially when she’s labeled as a customer service manager, after she only whispered/talked with the cashier, brushed my mom off and told her she didn’t see what was wrong. Didn’t once tried to get my moms side of the story, even refused to hear her out by walking away from her. Then with a lot of confrontation in her voice when she tried to talk to her again, asked her what else she wanted.. We have gone to this Smiths for yearssss. I’m not saying this was a racial discrimination thing, but it felt like that for her and she doesn’t find this location a “safe space” for her to go anymore..

Good question. Best to call in am between 6-7am, and ask for grocery stocker. Ask if Marnie is working. She does the deli meat cheese wall
