My wife just went here and was told they were waiting on fresh chicken and the it would be 2 minutes please park in the front. My wife waited 25 minutes for the food finally to be taken out to her. Once she got home the chicken was short 2-3 pieces, missing 1 biscuit, 1 of the sides were wrong, and no honey packets. Tried to call and no answer. Heading back now to get refund!

I know they were about to closed but my macaroni and coleslaw was halfway full... for what I spent is was not worth it... friendly staff though.

Drive thru order. 1) They got the order wrong; 2) all of the chicken wings were over cooked, and everyone of them had feathers! 3) the manager told me that they didn't have to clean the feathers off of the wings. 4) when I asked for a refund, she made excuses and said that they didn't have to give me back my money. 5) and last, but not least, she said " don't you know that you shouldn't mess with people that handle your food "

After a long drive thru wait, I was given burnt chicken, both sides were short, and I asked for no thighs (3 times) and thighs were in my order. Popeyes is normally the "high end" fast food chicken that gets your order right and does not give out visibly burnt food.
