We needed to replace the old ductwork and vents, and our friend referred us to The Attic Doctors. Mark came to our house for a free inspection. It turned out the rats had been eating our ducts. Horrible! No wonder our electricity bill was so HIGH, and the A/C didn’t work so well like before. His estimate was reasonable, and I trusted his expertise. His crew was unbelievably fast! Finished ductwork replacement, attic cleaning, rodent removal, and the new insulation installation within the same day! They sure worked super hard. Very happy with the result. They fixed the issues that caused my uncomfortable home temperature. So glad to clean up the contaminated attic. 5-star attic service for sure!

I am glad that I found this small local company that can handle both my HVAC and insulation work at the same time. I got the "comfy combo" it cooled down the heat in my attic by 20%! We noticed the temperature change in our living me without running our A/C all the time in summer. Get the attic radiant barrier installed. It works!

Great work by Mark and his crew on my attic renovation. Had 40-year old blown-in cellulose vacuumed out and replaced with fiberglass batting, along with a fair amount of cleanup. Added a radiant barrier as well. Attic cleanup and renovation is not cheap. Attic Doctors still came in with the most competitive bid and the work was done right and done in one day. Very satisfied and definitely recommend.
