I am remodeling a whole house and had a lot of questions but the people working there were not even interested in helping! Zero customer service! I waited to get information and finally I told them I will leave my phone number so you can call me when you have the info. Of course nobody called. Finally I went to the store yesterday on Saturday at around 2:30 pm and the store was closed!! According to their hours, they are suppose to close at 5 pm on Saturday. Not worth it!

For future potential buyers, consider twice before purchasing from this store. Recently I placed an order in the store, but the salesman ordered the wrong color for me. I noticed the wrong color before installation. I called the store to see if they could do an exchange since this was not the color I ordered. They said they could not exchange or do any modification of the order. I didn’t even request to return the order or change it to a cheaper tile. I was trying to get the color that I ordered. Instead of helping me as a customer, they decided to offer me a discount to purchase an additional tile. That means I need to keep the wrong color useless tile for thousands of dollars. I have been making home improvements for years; this is the first time I have dealt with this situation. My loss could be your lesson. Please consider twice before purchasing from this store

i just want everybody to know this is the worst tile store . i had called several time and could not leave the message and no one answer the phone. how can they run this business without returning calls or messages to customer......
