My dog loved it! But there was ALOT of geese shiiet everywhere! Lol. So be prepared for that. But besides that it's not too bad. (OH and BTW there's not much, if any at all, shade!)

During the day ,not to bad After dusk, no way. Good for a walk with your dog, That's during the day. No sidewalks on 48th, its 35 mph But usually ,everyday cars are going 70 to over 80, worry about family's with children

The water is to low right now you can actually walk across the Middle of the pond area on dry ground. Not sure there are any fish in the pond
