Attendant did not care to do his job and provided awful customer service. Upon retrieval, attendant took about 55 min to provide vehicle although there were no customers. The condition of car was pitiful - one flat tire, car was only at 1/4 fuel filled, and not cleaned inside. I doubt attendant even inspected vehicle as initial receipt did not have accurate mileage or fuel indication. Upon going back to advise attendant, he did not care and said to put more air pressure at any station and fixed fuel indication on receipt with a pencil. He mentioned that it is the only vehicle available; although, there was many more in the lot. Once returned, same attendant took 25 min to assist even though there was no other customers again. Mentioned to him that I had to put air into tire four times while on trip. He brushed it off and said thank you come again. Worst customer service — never returning to that car rental location.

Helped by Branch Manager Ralph. Ralph was unprofessional, unfriendly, and didn’t appear to want to capture any new business. Management please train Ralph correctly.

Cars are dirty and we found half smoked blunt inside the sunglasses compartment! They take pictures of the car from the outside but never have anything on the interior! Also, they gave us a vehicle that had been returned with less than a 1/4 tank. Definitely could care about their cars and the conditions they rent them out to the public!

I reserved a car at this location, came all the way from across town to pick the car up and was told we dont have no cars. No apology, No attempt to make it right...Just two fat dudes sitting behind the counter with nonchalant idgaf attitudes. Didnt even have the courtesy of apologizing for my inconvenience. Not to mention I was dropped off so i had to figure out how i was going to get home...Smh! Called customer service and was not helped but instead given a lecture on how I should have reserved at least 48hrs in advance. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience I have ever had.
