Came in for the first time for my child wellness check up. Appointment was 10am arrived at 9:30am I already filled out the online portal... Waited for almost 2 hours... I asked the front desk around 10:30am why we are not being called and the patient that came in before us was getting called she said because they go on appointment time, some patient were coming in late from their appointments and they were still taking them in. I already complaint that we been waiting for an hour and I had to go to work some patients were scheduled at 10:15 but were seen before us, I don't understand the table time they were talking about if they were seeing the patient with later appointment than us and arrived late... Not recommended if you are looking for new pedia clinic

We love taking our kids to Wee Care! The doctors and staff are always so friendly! They take great care of our kiddos every time we go in. We wouldn’t take them anyplace else!

Whenever I call this office, either no one picks up, or I get put on hold for over 10 minutes and I end up hanging up. Front desk needs time management training and if it's still that one guy then he needs to work on his costumer service voice because his attitude is unnecessary. Will be switching doctors offices because even the nurses need help, my baby got her shots a month ago and the nurses were whispering to each other that they had done a bad job, sure enough my baby's leg swelled up for a whole week after. Doctors are always changing and I guess it's my fault for staying as long as I have because this place isn't even close to ok yet.

I started going to this office when it was fairly new. At the beginning it was nice the lady in the front desk was super super nice face to face and over the phone. She still is nice but she’s in the check out area. Everything changed when the new front desk guy started. I never got his name but he is RUDE! No exceptional service coming from him whatsoever then he gives you this look like he hates you for being there or something. It was really uncomfortable. I could never make a conversation with him even if I tried he will just ignore me or cut me off right away never even smile once. I know we have face masks but you know when someone smiles or not either way. He is just rude on the phone and when you are face to face with him. After that my view of the place changed. I tried to give it one more chance because I like Kofford but after my last visit that was the last drop with him. If you asked me why I switch pediatricians well you can thank the guy in the front desk. Which I doubt the office cares to lose a patient anyway. Although I never had any issues with the other staff the front desk guy was enough for me. If you want happy patients the first face they see is what represents your office. Maybe give him some proper training on how to provide nicer service or even better put him to do something where his not required to deal with patients face to face since he hates them so much.
