My second time eating here and it did not disappoint. Everything about the experience is amazing from being warmly welcomed, the physical ambiance, the talented piano player and vocalist, and of course the amazing food. The table side preparation of several dishes is amazing. The employees are the most professional, friendliest people.

Fine dining restaurant. Live piano music. We attended a business dinner and were seated in a reserved room. The food was delicious and quite expensive. The service was outstanding. Complimentary valet parking.

The food was excellent with sweet and savory seabass and perfectly cooked steak. But the overall experience was spectacular. Greg was an incredible server with perfect recommendations and made us feel special. The presentation of the smokey old fashion was definitely a show worth seeing, and the hickory flavor was incredible. And Greg made an amazing cherries jubilee.

What a fantastic experience! We just celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary tonight at El Gaucho Tacoma and had such a great time! The steaks we ordered were amazing and the service was world class. Gregory, our server, and the rest of the staff were pleasant and made our anniversary dinner feel so special. Thank you El Gaucho!

No, the state is only allowing a maximum of 5 people to sit together.
On their website says there is a large party and to call for availability
Tuesday to Friday 4:00-6:00 & 9;00- close. Sunday and Monday 4:00-10:00.
No code, but I recommend at least collared shirts for the men and no hats.
Happy Hour:Sunday & Monday: 4-10pm; Tuesday-Friday: 4-6pm & 9pm–close; Saturday: 4pm-5pm & 9pm–close. (Bar only. Not available on holidays).
Parking is on the side of the restaurant building. Parking is also available on the side of the road. I believe it is free after 6.00 p.m.
It is table service like in a regular restaurant. It is definitely not like a Brazilian churrascaria where they keep bringing meats to your table until you are stuffed :)
I don't think happy hour is happening. The bar is open for drinks but not for sitting. We had to have reservations to get in
