Horrible place to go. Followed drug testing instructions in the exam room, then they fill a different container and say it is not enough, even though it was filled enough in the first cup. Need 3 cups of water to try a fill it again. Person who was helping me ditches me for her lunch and says someone else will be right with me. Wait 20 minutes and no one shows up. Ask someone at a desk if anyone can help me and she dismisses me and says she'll get someone, she proceeds to sit at her desk for 15 minutes not doing a thing. Finally tells someone I am ready, mind you I have had to pee now for 30-45 minutes. When all said and done I get an email a few days later and they tell me there was an error, not a donor error so they messed up somewhere, and I have to retest. What should have been an in and out test turned into 2 hours of wasting my time.

Had labs sent here by my doctor, went without an appointment and only waited 5 minutes before they called me back. Simple electronic check-in, clean waiting room and option to wait in your car if you preferred. The Phlebotomist (Hannah) who did my blood draw was professional, kind and did a great job with the jab (and I've had many uncomfortable blood draws). Don't let some of these reviews scare you, I'm sure it can get busy here but that is true of any office. At this time they were sufficiently staffed and it was easy.

I found 2 of the 3 phlebotomists I had to deal with to be rather unprofessional. I told the first employee the best way to get a successful draw was to put heat on my arm. She blew me off and tried twice unsuccessfully to get a draw. She was actually rude and then called over another employee and just walked away with no acknowledgement she had not listened to me and then caused me pain. The second phlebotomist was friendly but seemed immature and not focused. Chattering and gossiping the whole time with coworkers and then she didn’t get a successful draw either. Not impressed.

Horrible place. Slow. Went in 45 minutes before a doctor appointment in same building. Checked in, screen said 30 minute wait. At 40 minutes I went to doc appointment and was gone about 45 minutes. I came back and my name still had not been called. 15 minutes later I was called.
