Fedex delivery was FLAT OUT LIES in two consecutive days for my package. It was a FedEx 2 days service. Driver left the door tag silently without ringing the bell, knowcking the door or calling my phone (already in the delivery instruction). I am at home waiting for the delivery for 2 days but the driver posted "Customer not available or business closed." Called to the customer service and ended up talking to 3 diffeernt persons who are unable to resolve the delivery issue either. It has reached to the point that FedEx cannot keep their contracted obligation of 2 days delivery.

Bring your patience and some head phones. Always understaffed but I guess that’s everywhere these days with COVID. No cash accepted and sometimes they don’t t have packaging available in store so bring your own or pre order from FedEx. It’s a FedEx store so I usually expect better but I’ve gotten used to it since I come so often. Just be patient getting upset and angry, which I see frequently won’t help them move any faster, try to be nice and they’ll do the same

Using a delivery company with the name of FEDEX you expect top top top service... not the case. I had to send two original documents in a hurry to finish last moment documents in Brazil, with a short time window, so I went to FEDEX. They charged me an arm for a 4 days delivery. Forth day passes and nothing... fifth and nothing... sixth and nothing... asked the clerk about my envelope and they blamed the Brazilians... called Brazil's customs and they said it was not with them but with FEDEX... Ten days later and they have not yet delivered the envelope... and they do not want to refund me...!!!!! they do not even have an estimate of delivery day...!!!!!!!!! Went back to the office with a couple of questions... I asked for A... they answered to B... so I asked for C... they answer to D... Zero communication. They have pre-packaged answers not to answer the real question you ask.

I think they had one person working. I waited over an hour in line to pickup a single package. They refused my ID and made me show two forms of ID. They helped people out that walked in while I waited to pickup my package. Steer clear and go to UPS or USPS They don't even attempt delivery to your home anymore!!
