They are really nice and helpful when setting up a storage unit. Fast forward a few months, I no longer need a storage unit. I called several days before the end of the month to cancel. The lady was unhelpful and clearly didn't want me to cancel. After a round of evasion tactics about the process to cancel and unnecessary rudeness like aggressively explaining that if anything is left after the 30th they will be charging my card the full month of July, she finally said "I'll make a note. Bye." Without ever collecting my name, unit number or anything. So I stopped her and asked if she needed my details to cancel. She appathetically said "sure" and at that moment I knew in my heart there was no way she was canceling my unit. I gave her the unit details in hopes I was wrong... but, unfortunately I was right. They auto charged my card even though all my stuff was out and my lock off the unit by the 30th. I would not rent here.

Great experience. Super helpful customer service when I was signing up for a unit. Love that it is gated, and monitored. Manager lives on the property so I feel super great leaving my belongings here.

Very professional and clean including the clean restroom. Very friendly staff. Private and safe storage facility. I would rent from this place again and I highly recommend this location.

The customer service is amazing. They took the time to explain what size unit I would need in great detail to help me decide. They offer a walk through to look at the units as well.
