I went in about a month ago to get second lobe piercings and at first I got a bad vibe but after about 10 minutes I was fine. They kept asking if I wanted anything to eat/drink while I was waiting for my piercing to be done with a tattoo that went longer than expected. I was more than happy to wait because I understand that things don’t always go according to plan. I was so excited because I had been waiting for years to get it done. The dude that did my piercings was very welcoming and made sure his station was clean. The reasoning for 3 stars though is when I was looking at my earrings about 4 days after getting them done I realized they were extremely crooked. From the front they were even in placement, but the way the earring went through my ear was crooked. Now I regret not taking a picture to get my money back. Very disappointed. I had been putting off writing this but it just wouldn’t leave my mind. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I went here about a year ago for a nose piercing. It was a spur of the moment thing and I didn’t know much about it at the time. When I got it, I didn’t realize until later that it was in the wrong spot. The piercer didn’t even let me see the spot she had marked or anything. I had nothing but issues since then and had to take it out last night because it just wouldn’t heal even after a year of having it. They are very unsanitary here as well. Do not go here especially for piercings. They also dropped my girlfriends needle when piercing her smiley and pierced it again with that same dirty needle plus they pierced hers weird as well. I regret not researching this place more.

Came here sometime last year, and have come here ever since for a tattoo. both Louis and Elena are absolutely amazing, especially with kids with autism. They would walk you through the process of everything they were gonna do before they did it. Elena is also really great with line work. I absolutely have loved everything she's done. The whole shop is very open and welcoming in all. And prices are pretty decent. Anytime anyone asks me for artist recommendations, I tell them to go here.

Went in with my daughter (13) to get her nostril done and Lou took care of her. He was very reassuring with her, but blunt about the procedure (a great thing for her). I went in a few days later to get my daith piercings done and he did mine as well. It was quick and painless. My migraine went away instantly. Definitely will return for any other services I or my daughters will need.
